My Prius recently had both the abs and vsc lights turn on. On the way home one day, I couldn't break. It was very scary. Cobb Galleria Automotive was able to have my car towed to them and looked at the next day. They were friendly, efficient, and made a scary experience much better. Quick Google search for a reliable shop with great customer service led me to Cobb Galleria Automotive. Perfect timing actually, they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change with no hassle. Friendly staff and great customer service. Shout to Jason! Clean on the inside with a good amount of seating for customers. I would recommend for sure.

CGA saved my pocket and week... I went there for a second opinion on my transfer case being replaced and Sam Steed got me the right diagnosis. The first shop I went to wanted to replace the transfer case that would have ran me over a thousand bucks. Thanks to the great techs at CGA, that wasn't the problem. I just needed a new U joint. Sam tried 2 that were pre manufactured for my vehicle and neither one worked to his standards, so he had one made the same day bringing what would have cost me a lot down to 150$.. It is perfectly balanced and now rides smooth as glass. Thank you for your honesty and dedication in getting my Infiniti like new again.

I enjoy working on my autos, but when time or my skill level does not allow, this is my only choice. They do it right instead of on the cheap. They never tried to upsell me. They can actually diagnose instead of randomly replacing parts. Never had to fix anything after their work. Guess it has been 15 yrs of 5 star experiences.

This is the only place my wife and I take our cars to. Very fair prices and incredibly friendly people. Twice now, our cars have broken down and needed immediate repairs, one day later they're back up and running. I called around to about 6 different shops in the area and these guys had the best estimate and best out the door price i've seen. Will continue to use them as long as i'm in the area.

Agree with the positive reviews! These folks are awesome. I dealt with Whalen who was very professional and timely with communications. Long story short -- Needed diagnostics run on a vehicle that had severe engine shaking and engine light on at idle. Called two different dealers of this make and was told they could not get me in until APRIL (over 2 months)! Called and spoke with Whalen on Friday afternoon, and he stated they could run diagnostics on Monday. Received a call around 9am - they had already performed the diagnostics. Completed a repair and picked up vehicle that afternoon. Will definitely use this team in the future!

This place was such a blessing for me. My car started breaking down, on the way to work a few days ago. My prayers were answered when, instead of being stuck on the side of the road I found this place less than two miles away. I pulled into the parking lot just as they were opening up and was greeted by Whalen the minute I walked into the door. He was really kind and professional. He had someone looking at my car within minutes! They did a great job diagnosing the problem and even told me that they could fix my air conditioner. I had been trying for find a shop that specialized in that kind of work for months and was so grateful for the price that Whalen quoted me for the repairs. I really want to thank him for the wonderful job he did making sure that I was completely satisfied. He deserves it.

Cobb Galleria is FANTASTIC! I broke down on i285 on my way down from Nashville. I was on the side on the interstate not knowing what to do. They got me the name of a wrecker service. I'm blown away by how honest and transparent they are! Took my car here after some other place tried to charge you 1200 for fixing an issue I knew my car didn't have. As soon as I called them for a quote and told them my issue they said it didn't sound like I had the major issue the other shop was saying. After examining my car they found out it was a very minor issue and I ended up paying less than 20 dollars to fix it. They were so honest and upfront, didn't try to sell me services I didn't need or anything like that. Needless to say they have all my business now!

Very transparent! Much appreciated. I went in because a mechanic at Auto Service Unlimited told me that the control arms and bushings on my car were completely dead and needed to be replaced immediately. (And told me that it was likely that my tires would fall off my car while I was on the highway.) This was suspicious to me because I wasn't having any issues with pulling or groggy driving. So I went and got a second opinion. The employees at Cobb Galleria were super efficient, it took them less than 15 min to give my car a full once over. They informed me that my control arms were FINE and my bushings were cracked and beat up but not enough to warrant essential replacement. They also informed me that my tires were getting a little low and I should probably replace them in the next few months. They didn't try to pressure me into a single service. I've never experienced such a level of honesty at a mechanic, and I greatly appreciate it. They've definitely earned my loyalty.

They have changed my oil for years. I've had my breaks done there and had a tune up. They NEVER TRY TO GET ME TO HAVE WORK DONE THAT I DON'T NEED! That means the world to me. What great service! I was in town for a baseball tournament and on the last day of our stay my car wouldn't start. Cobb was able to get my car in an hour before closing and fixed it fast and easy. Courteous staff. Good price. I would highly recommend them.

I don't do reviews very often but I really felt the need to share my experience with Cobb Galleria Automotive. I brought my 2014 Cadillac ATS in to have a sensor switch replaced. I met Whalen who came out and spoke to me, he brought a Tech out with him to take a look at my car and gave me a price. When whalen quoted me the price, he didn't realize how many hours and how much true labor it really took to fix my vehicle, It was wayyy more expensive then what he quoted, but like a true professional he honored the price. I'm in customer service myself and I appreciate the way it was handled. I actually work as a Salesman at a dealership not to far from there location, I plan on sending as many customers as I can to these guys. There good people and they do good work. Thanks Whalen.

I have been to Cobb Galleria Automotive twice now and both were great experiences. Recently, I took my car in because I thought I needed a part replaced - instead of just taking my word for it, the mechanic inspected the part and recommended that I wait to replace it because I could still get some good use out of it. I appreciated that honesty! Needless to say, once the part needs replaced, I will be taking it to Cobb Galleria Automotive and entrusting it into their hands!

My wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee had been having intermittent trouble starting for monthes. We had it towed we took it to multiple shops in the area only to be told over and over again that nothing was wrong, while we asked them to check the starter. Meanwhile we are racking up fees getting towed multiple times. Finally, we try these guys... these guys diagnosed and fixes it in a bout a day, during Christmas week (when every one is busy). Shocker... it was the starter. Not only that but they called us about a week or two later to make sure that the problems were actually fixed.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. A few times I thought I was going to pay more and they told me it ended up being less because I did not need everything I thought I did. A couple of times ago I was doing work on my laptop in the waiting area using my lap as a desk. They brought over a small portable desk for me to use. That tells me that they really do think and care about their customers. I can't see what they are doing in their bays, but I can see what they are doing in the lobby and I like it. Fair prices, great service, and reliable... it is hard to find that in a mechanic. Thank you Cobb Galleria Automotive.

Moving to Charlotte, hate I can take Cobb Galleria up there with me! They have serviced my family's vehicles for the past 11 yrs, every time they went above and beyond. One time they dropped me off at the mall when I was in a Christmas present crunch while my car was getting serviced!! They always kept their word. Jennifer, Jeremy, Shawn always provided top notch service and they are also unbelievable people!!! Once you go there, you'll see what I'm talking about, highest possible rating from this guy. Knowledgeable crew here and i have found them to be honest which is a big plus for an automotive shop. They are able to handle most of what you would need done to your car at mostly reasonable prices. Cost me about $40 to get the oil changed out in my 2017 Sante Fe, this is a bit pricey to me fir an oil change, but they have done good work for me in the past, they have never tried to get one over on me, and they come off as good people. For those reasons I will pay a little more for routine maintainence and take comfort in that work being guaranteed.

I just had a great experience! I called first to see if they could put air in my tires, & tell me if I needed new ones . I was told to come & get air & they'd let me know the outcome , & over the phone recommended Smyrna tire . When I got there, Shawn helped me & was the sweetest , nicest guy , & joking with me. He took the time to show me how to put air in my tires myself & gave me the gadget!! Who does that Cobb Galleria Automotive does! Will take my car there from here on out with the services they provide !

Excellent customer service!!! When I pulled up someone came right out to help me and with a very friendly attitude. He was honest about when he would be able to get to my car and fix it. My car was fixed before the projected date. They were super quick and even kept me updated on where they were with the process. A week after I had my car back they even called to make sure everything was great! I'm EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with their service!!!!
